摘　　要：With the rapid development of Chinas petrochemical industry, various safety problems have followed, including the safety of chemical equipment. Because of the particularity of chemical equipment, there are often high-risk situations, such as high-temperature and high-pressure toxic explosion. Every year, hundreds of safety accidents happen in Chinas chemical industry, causing huge losses and threatening life and health. In this paper, various hazards that chemical equipment may face in production and operation, the types of safety accidents caused by them and the ways to deal with various risks are expounded, and they are classified, which provides guidance for chemical production and operation, and puts forward a new viewpoint, which has strong innovation and reference significance.
