摘　　要：The issue of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" is the top priority of the whole partys work, which is related to peoples livelihood and social development. General Secretary Xi Jinping innovatively put forward the "two mountains" theory around rural construction, emphasized the complementary relationship between economic development and ecological protection, and laid a green and sustainable tone for rural development. The intuitive embodiment of ecologically livable countryside is cleanliness and comfort, and the characteristic culture is retained to the maximum extent. In the new era, building a modern beautiful and livable new countryside and optimizing the rural living environment will contribute to the building of rural brands and the promotion of their values, thus enhancing the endogenous capacity of rural revitalization. Below, the article focuses on the effective connection between rural landscape planning and design and rural ecological livability.
