摘　　要：The renovation of old blocks plays an extremely important role in the development of my countrys national economy. In the process of construction work, the construction unit needs to optimize the construction organization, strengthen the management and control of the full cycle, and organize the organization mode according to the actual situation. Innovation and application, while strengthening the efficiency of project management, can also lay a good foundation for subsequent development. In this process, the construction unit can formulate sound management methods and incentive systems, and strengthen the innovative application of project engineering, so as to meet the needs of my countrys modern economic construction.
