Application of Risk Management Combined with Process Management in Outpatient Nursing Management

摘　　要：Objective: to study the effect of combining risk management and process management intervention in outpatient nursing. Methods: for the outpatient patients admitted in our hospital as the observation objects, after the random lottery method, the control group and the observation group respectively adopted routine management, risk management and process management to observe the impact of different nursing management modes on the patients. Results: the observation group satisfaction was higher than the control group, p 0.05. Patients in the observation group had less waiting and registration in the outpatient clinic than the control group, which showed that the quality of care was higher than the control group, p 0.05. The incidence of risk events and complaint events was lower in the observed group than in the control group, with p 0.05. Before nursing, the SAS and SDS scores were p> 0.05;after nursing, the SAS and SDS scores were lower than the control group, p 0.05. Conclusion: the application of risk management and joint process management in outpatient nursing can improve the quality and effect of clinical nursing work, and it has clinical application value.
