摘　　要：With the deepening of the degree of aging, the prevalence of elderly osteoporosis has been significantly improved, and the incidence of hip fracture in the elderly has gradually increased. After car accidents, falls and other accidents, elderly patients are more prone to hip fracture, leading to an increasing range of elderly people. With the popularity of hip fracture in the elderly, postoperative delusion has gained widespread clinical attention. The study said that delusion is a common complication, delusion can also be called an "acute disorder of consciousness", accompanied by attention, sensory disorder of the transient, organic syndrome. It is very dangerous to patients, which can increase the length of hospitalization to some extent, increase the economic burden, and even affect the quality of life of patients. This paper conducts a retrospective study on the progress of postoperative delusion care in elderly patients with hip fracture.
