摘　　要：With the rapid development and progress of Chinas economy and society, the increasing urban travel vehicles, people demand for traffic, old municipal road slowly cannot meet the demand of travel. Traffic scene often happens, urban traffic pressure gradually increasing, to solve such problems. You need to widen the existing roads, renovation reinforcement, functional transformation, etc. In the center of the city and around the quality of road construction, most can reflect a company management level, and how to improve the renovation project site civilization construction is directly related to the society, the publics first impression of the company, so many companies spend energy and money into the site construction of civilization and prevent environmental pollution work. This paper summarizes the specific implementation method of the site civilized construction of Dongfeng road restoration and upgrading project in Kunming city, Yunnan province, and summarizes part of the measures of the site civilized construction management of the old municipal road upgrading site.
