摘　　要：Due to the rapid development of social economy, Chinas construction market is also developing rapidly, and engineering decoration has received extensive attention. The main goal of interior and decoration is to improve the aesthetic and artistic color of buildings and meet the increasing standard requirements of customers. As an integral part of architectural engineering, decoration is of great significance to the quality of residential buildings, so it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Looking at the current construction situation, we can find that under the influence of subjective and objective factors, there is a relatively single technical form, which may affect the quality of decoration projects. Therefore, construction personnel are required to optimize the upgrading of construction technology, reasonably implement the control of construction progress and improve the construction quality to achieve the expected economic benefits.
