摘　　要：At present, the survival pressure and development challenges faced by private enterprises are more prominent than ever. The price of upstream raw materials has risen sharply, the demand of end consumers is insufficient, the operation and development of private enterprises have been squeezed at both ends, and profit margins have been further eroded. The entire international economic environment shows a trend of anti-globalization, supporting Chinas economic development of foreign trade exports are also difficult to maintain stable output, domestic labor price costs rise, by the cost of financing, domestic and foreign political and economic situation, many private enterprises after experiencing rapid growth, support its follow-up development momentum is insufficient, once faced with a sudden situation, will quickly go to the abyss of bankruptcy and closure. Therefore, it is an urgent task for private enterprises to achieve high-quality development by building a safe, reasonable and efficient risk control system in advance and effectively preventing and dealing with risks.
