The Effect of Nicorandil in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Its Effect on the QT Dispersion (QTd) and the Incidence of Arrhythmia in the ECG of Patients

摘　　要：Objective: nicorandil applied in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods: the 60 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and received nicorandil treatment and routine treatment respectively. Results: no differences between inflammatory factors, vascular endothelial function, cardiac function, oxidative stress index, adiponectin and lipid levels between the two groups (P> 0.05);The observation group was higher than the control group (P 0.05). The incidence of arrhythmia was lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the overall response rate was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment for CHD patients can achieve significant results.
