Effect of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel Bissulfate on Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘　　要：Objective: to understand the clinical therapeutic value of choosing "aspirin" and "clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate" in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method: screening out of our hospital between March 2021 and March 2022 admitted 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients, with clinical treatment plan personalized classification of randomization, including 2 groups, namely: comparison group and experimental group, each group has 40 patients, the choice of treatment drugs are: aspirin, aspirin + clopidogrel sulfate, and then compare 2 groups of clinical efficacy, NHISS score, clinical adverse reaction rate and other indicators. Results: for the total clinical response rate of the 2 groups, 75.00% and 95.00% each showed significant data differences and statistical advantages, P <0.05. For the two NHISS scores, before treatment, P> 0.05, after treatment, the two groups showed significant difference, P <0.05. For the adverse reaction rate of the 2 groups, the comparison group and the experimental group were 7.50% and 12.50% each, with no difference, no statistical significance, and P> 0.05. Conclusion: patients with acute cerebral infarction in clinical treatment, if choose aspirin and clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate and other drugs to give comprehensive treatment, is beneficial to gradually improve the neurological function of patients, but also can further improve clinical treatment total efficiency, and less adverse reactions, have strong treatment safety, so worth in a line of its widely used and implementation.
