Application Effect of Individualized Nursing in Cholelithiasis Nursing

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the effect of individualized treatment on patients undergoing cholecystectomy. Methods: recruitment (starting/ending): 2021.01/2021%12. Selected cases (cases): 98 cases;Admission: Observation (personalized care) and Control (daily care). The SAS/SDS, quality of life and GIQLI of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed, and the indicators such as nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared. Results: after nursing intervention, SAS and SDS in both groups were lower than before nursing, and Observation group was lower than <Control group (P 0.05). All the scores of GIQLI in Observation Group were higher than those in Control Group (P 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of Observation group (97.96%) was higher than that of Control group (85.71%), with significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The incidence of complications in Observation group (4.08%) was lower than that in control group (18.38%) (P 0.05). From the point of view of postoperative time and postoperative observation time, all patients were (Observation) Control (P0.05), there was statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion: to explore different clinical treatment methods and different nursing methods for the treatment of cholecystolithiasis can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, reduce patients bad mood and improve patients survival and nursing satisfaction.
