摘　　要：For a long time, the construction industry has played an important role in the national economy, and its energy consumption accounts for the highest proportion in the national industry. In order to solve the problem of energy shortage, the state formulates an overall sustainable development strategy. In order to implement the national development strategy, the construction industry has introduced the concept of energy conservation into architectural design, thus achieving the purpose of energy conservation and creating a green and healthy living environment for people. This will not only enable enterprises to obtain maximum economic benefits, but also have high environmental protection value. The energy-saving strategy in the early stage of residential building design needs to start with the early planning, architectural design and the selection of building materials, so that the energy-saving effect in the early stage of residential building design can be optimized.
