摘　　要：Since the establishment of the socialist economic market, the construction industry has won an important milestone in the development history and gained sufficient development momentum. However, at the same time, many construction enterprises have to face more intense market competition. Adapting to the market trend and meeting the actual demand of the people for housing construction has become the key point for construction enterprises to occupy the market position. In the new era, people no longer only pay attention to the aesthetics of architectural design, but pay more attention to the coordination among architectural aesthetics, practicality and stability. Therefore, construction enterprises must optimize the architectural structure of houses, starting from the actual situation and cost of the project. Based on this, this paper firstly summarizes the characteristics of building structure design, and then discusses the strategies of applying optimization technology in building structure design, so as to provide reference for relevant people.
