摘　　要：Among all the pillar industries of the national economy, the construction industry is a quite key component. With the rise of social economy, the development of the construction industry has gradually matured. Unlike other industries, the construction industry faces a very harsh natural environment and faces a very complex construction site, which requires great labor intensity and needs to deal with many sources of danger. In order to solve the development problems of the construction industry, this paper takes the construction as an example to study the safety management, analyze the common risks, and puts forward the risk prevention strategies in order to provide reference for the staff.
