摘　　要：Compared with ordinary projects, municipal construction projects are quite different. For municipal projects, the source of project funds is mainly from financial allocation or local fund raising. In terms of fund control, it must be audited by relevant government departments, and in terms of project budget estimates, it also needs the intervention of local governments. Therefore, in the construction of municipal projects, in order to effectively ensure the smooth progress of the project, further improve the quality of the project and speed up the progress of the project, the relevant units must do a good job in the whole process cost management.
