摘　　要：The general track vehicle console often close to the cab front window center layout, the layout too much occupy the cab activity space, lead to the cab personnel capacity decline, the driver observe poor view, subway grinding car cab for the full window, in the process of grinding operation must be through the front window in the middle of the operation, vision requirement is higher, the general rail vehicle console cannot meet the demand. This paper analyzes the design process and innovative ideas of a subway grinding car from the aspects of appearance design, control system, structural design and ergonomics, and solves the above series of problems caused by the use of conventional control table of a subway grinding car.
