摘　　要：In the process of urban renewal, the protection and utilization of historical buildings has attracted more and more attention from the construction industry and all sectors of society. This paper takes the definition of historical buildings as the starting point, sorts out the general situation of the first batch of historical buildings in Shijiazhuang city, preliminarily analyzes the technical and scientific value, historical value, artistic value and humanistic value, and visits the current situation on the spot. Through the field investigation, the current utilization and protection of historical buildings are considered, and its future development is expected. Some personal suggestions are made for the specific issues in this process.
