Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Newborns with Respiratory Distress Syndrome

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing in neonates with respiratory distress syndrome. Methods: 56 neonatal patients with RDS from January 2021 to 2 June 2022. The control group was given routine care, and the experimental group performed comprehensive care. Compare oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure, parental satisfaction with care, duration of mechanical ventilation treatment, length of hospital stay, and phlebitis. Results: experimental group oxygen partial pressure was higher than the control group;carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than the control group;parents were more satisfied with nursing than the control group;mechanical ventilation treatment time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group, and the complication rate such as phlebitis was lower, P <0.05. Conclusion: the effect of respiratory distress syndrome is effective.
