摘　　要：Abortion is an effective remedial measure to end unexpected or abnormal pregnancy. Currently, there are mainly two kinds of abortion methods in clinic: Surgical abortion and medical abortion, both of which have corresponding indications, contraindications and operational risks. Drug abortion is suitable for early pregnancy patients within 49 days of intrauterine pregnancy. The first drug to be marketed for abortion is Mifepristone, which belongs to glucocorticoid and progesterone receptor antagonists. It can be used to terminate early, middle and even late pregnancy. It can interfere with the differentiation and function of local immune cells at the maternal fetal interface and promote the apoptosis of each cell, and also interfere with the remodeling of decidua and chorionic extracellular matrix to achieve the effect of terminating pregnancy, which has definite effect and broad application prospect in early pregnancy drug abortion.
