摘　　要：In the process of road construction, it is necessary to focus on the analysis of the phenomenon of settlement sections, and take targeted construction measures in combination with the actual settlement mechanism types to solve the problem of settlement subgrade and pavement, and effectively promote the further improvement of traffic safety quality in China. Relevant personnel should focus on the comprehensive check of subgrade and pavement construction in the settlement section, in order to clarify the key technical points and common interference problems, and effectively improve the standardization of construction technical operation, so as to ensure that the transition section has ideal stability and flatness and form good traffic conditions.
