摘　　要：As an important equipment of coal mine transportation, the safety and stable operation of the belt transport truck is directly related to the production of the whole coal mine, but according to the current development situation, the belt transport truck in the operation will occur a variety of problems and seriously affect the normal production of coal mine production. In order to ensure the normal operation of the belt carrier and achieve the purpose of the mine comprehensive management, the paper shows the solutions on how to solve such problems. Belt conveyor is widely used equipment in coal mining industry and plays an important role in coal transportation. This paper lists the common faults and inspection methods of tape conveyor and the causes are briefly analyzed. At present, Chinas adhesive tape conveyor fault detection system has been relatively perfect, and timely detection and prevention can promote the safe development of the industry, effectively avoid the occurrence of major accidents.
