摘　　要：The reliability of hoisting machinery operation is an important premise to ensure the safety of hoisting machinery. Through fault analysis and detection of hoisting machinery, it can effectively help users to achieve standardization and safety in hoisting machinery operation. In this paper, the fault of hoisting machinery and its detection countermeasures are discussed. Equipment inspection and management personnel should not only regularly check these possible faults, but also do a good job of maintenance and management in time, and further analyze and summarize these faults to ensure the safe operation of cranes.
