摘　　要：Based on the design and construction general contracting bidding and contract management of the second phase project (pumping station and rubber dam project) of Jiaodong Peninsula strategic water source improvement and capacity increase project, this paper analyzes the characteristics of contract metering and pricing management under the general contracting project mode of water conservancy project led by the construction unit, expounds the advantages and existing problems in metering and pricing management of water conservancy project and puts forward relevant suggestions for the general contracting management of water conservancy project led by the construction unit.
