摘 要:Objective: to study the influence of blood flow on dialysis in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Method: included in our hospital from March 2020 to July 2021,40 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients, using double-blind randomization method is divided into study group, control group, 20 cases, the control group for low blood flow pump, group for high blood flow pump, 12 months after intervention, two groups of patients heart function index, the level of inflammatory factors, the occurrence of complications during hemodialysis, urea nitrogen after intervention, etc. Results: CI, CO, were higher (P < 0.05) (P > 0.05), CRP and TNF- α, and lower in the control group (P < 0.05) in the study group (P < 0.05) in the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: pump-controlled blood flow has no significant effect on cardiac function and BUN condition in maintenance hemodialysis patients, while high blood flow pump injection helps to improve inflammatory indicators and reduce the risk of dialysis complications.
