Analysis of Effect of Ambroxol on Inflammatory Mediators in the Serum and Sputum of Patients with Acute Attack of COPD

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of ambroxol on inflammatory mediators in serum and sputum of patients with acute attack of COPD. Methods: the selection time of this study was from August 6, 2020 to January 4, 2022. A total of 80 patients were selected. The patients in this study were divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. All patients were treated with clinical routine, while the control group was treated with compound ipratropium bromide solution. The drug selected by the patients in the observation group was ambroxol, and the therapeutic effect, pulmonary function, quality of life and inflammatory mediators after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: before and after treatment, there was no difference in the changes of lung function indexes between the two groups, but after treatment, the indexes of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no difference in tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin -1β(IL-1β), interleukin -16(IL-6), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) before treatment, but after treatment, the TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and MDA of patients in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group. In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions, there were also statistical differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with acute exacerbation of COPD, ambroxol has a satisfactory therapeutic effect, which can effectively improve patients lung function, as well as inflammatory mediators in serum and sputum. It is safe and can relieve patients clinical symptoms.
