Diagnostic Value of Electron Laryngoscopy and Narrow-band Imaging Technology for Early Malignant Lesions of the Larynx

摘　　要：Objective: To diagnose early malignant laryngeal lesions by electronic laryngoscopy combined with narrow-band imaging (NBI) and observe its effect. Methods: The observation was started in January 2019 and ended in August 2021, among which 100 patients were suspected of laryngeal diseases. The above patients were diagnosed by enhanced CT, white light electronic laryngoscopy and NBI combined with electronic laryngoscopy, and the effects of the three diagnostic methods were compared. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of enhanced CT, NBI and white light mode was 78.68%, 100% and 88.52% (χ210.562, P 0.025), and the results were different. Conclusion: The combination of electronic laryngoscope and narrow-band imaging is effective and can be popularized.
