摘  要:CNC machining technology is a mature advanced technology in the machinery industry, CNC machining technology is controlled by the digital program of numerical control machinery for the automatic processing of the workpiece technology. With the progress and development of the society, the accuracy, shape and surface roughness of various parts are improved, and the function and machining scope of CNC machine tools are also improved accordingly. The process of CNC machining technology is different from the traditional process, it can control the position, angle, speed. CNC machining technology plays an irreplaceable role in some important industries, CNC machine tools using G code M code and other instructions to control CNC machine tools geometric axis insertion through man-machine dialogue to achieve parts processing. Because digital information technology is the core and foundation of CNC technology, CNC machining in the application of modern design (CAD), manufacturing (CAM) and management (CAPP) software on the basis of, can easily realize the manufacturing processing information, network and intelligent. According to the machining characteristics of CNC machine tool, develop the clamp scheme, according to the given parts, tool type and cutting amount of the choice to determine the processing order and processing knife path, using CAXA manufacturing engineer software entity modeling, and generate processing program, through the whole process to fully embodies the advantages of CNC equipment.
