摘　　要：With the rising labor cost, energy saving and environmental protection, formwork-free and bracing-free and other fabricated building technologies gradually mature, and the construction market has been promoted from the original government encouragement to the present construction units independent requirements to adopt fabricated practices. Nowadays, many industrial factories and civil frame structures have adopted prefabricated technology. Compared with traditional frame structures, prefabricated buildings have higher requirements in design, production and construction and some problems have been exposed in the process of promotion and implementation which requires us to consider more comprehensively and work more carefully in the design of prefabricated frame structures.
