Research on the Application of AHP and Multidimensional Evaluation Method in the Integration of Expressway Construction Management Maintenance and Operation

摘　　要：In recent years, under the conditions of market economy, project investment has gradually developed in the direction of diversification and highway construction is no exception, forming an operation mode to promote project construction and management through project legal persons. The tasks of the project legal entity are very important. On the one hand, it should supervise the construction of construction projects. On the other hand, it is also necessary to deal with the problems existing in the actual operation of construction projects. To this end, this paper will establish and improve the project management mechanism, formulate the overall plan of the whole life cycle of the project, supervise the project quality, control the key points, publicize the innovative achievements, build information management and promote the formation and development of the integrated management mode of construction management and maintenance. Here, the author conducted a detailed investigation and study on the road of a highway section in Jiangsu province;according to the technical status and disease causes of bridges, tunnels, facilities along the line, testing and maintenance equipment, etc., six issues were discussed including technical durability, structural safety, engineering coordination, maintenance convenience, operation safety and efficient management. According to the characteristics of highway engineering and according to the construction needs of different professions, an integrated countermeasure library of construction, management, maintenance and transportation has been established with six functional requirements of technical durability, structural safety, engineering coordination, maintenance convenience, operation safety and efficient management. According to the multi-level evaluation method, according to the needs of engineering construction and the characteristics of the region, the comprehensive analysis of the scheme was carried out and a comprehensive plan was given.
