Study on the Effect of Nebulization Inhalation Combined with Mechanical Vibration Sputum Ejection on Symptom Disappearance Time, PaO2 and PH Value in Children with Pneumonia

摘  要:Objective: to investigate the effect of nebulization inhalation combined with mechanical vibration sputum ejection on the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in children with pneumonia, as well as the influence on PAO2 and PH value. Methods: 200 children with pneumonia admitted from January 2019 to September 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the hospitalization number, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional atomization inhalation, while the observation group was treated with atomization inhalation and mechanical vibration sputum excretion. After grouping, the improvement of lung function and blood gas indicators, the time of clinical symptom relief, and the total effective rate of sputum excretion were compared. Results: there was no significant difference in the pulmonary function items between the groups before the treatment intervention plan was applied to the selected children (P>0.05);After the treatment intervention plan was applied between groups, the measured values of pulmonary function items showed an increase, and the observation group showed a higher level (P0.05). After the treatment intervention plan was applied between groups, the PH value and PAO2 in the observation group were low (P0.05), while PAO2 and SAO2 were higher (P0.05). After the inter group treatment intervention plan was applied, the clinical symptom relief time of the observation group was more obvious (P0.05). The total effective rate of sputum excretion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: aerosol inhalation combined with mechanical vibration can quickly and effectively control the condition of children with pneumonia, return to their PAO2 and PH values, and effectively improve their sputum excretion.
