摘　　要：At present, the construction of high-rise residential projects mostly adopts the climbing frame + aluminum mold construction system. With the more and more mature aluminum mold construction technology, the builders have higher requirements for the molding effect of aluminum mold, and the appearance quality after the completion of concrete construction is also an important index for the evaluation of building quality. This paper in Lanzhou fuli city residential district project (G1920 lot) adopted by the aluminum mold construction as the background, through the aluminum mold construction stairs, the causes of bay window concrete bubble analysis, from the technical management measures and construction management measures to formulate the corresponding bubble control measures, the construction of residential building aluminum mold construction stairs, bay window concrete bubble prevention has strong practical guiding significance.
