摘　　要：Supply chain finance is a special model that has an impact on economy, culture and other aspects in a certain process of social and economic development. From the perspective of economic and financial development, supply-chain finance has huge development potential. It is not only a business actively carried out by most financial institutions, but also needed by most companies. However, due to its own particularity, there are also great risks in the actual financial business. Therefore, starting from the development status and prospect of supply chain finance, this paper analyzes the risks of supply chain finance specifically, and puts forward some suggestions for the risk management of supply chain finance under the current situation。
