摘　　要：With the continuous expansion of the medical service market, the competition between hospitals is becoming increasingly fierce, and the traditional financial management mode can no longer meet the current demand. The hospital is an institution that serves the people and benefits the public, and as an important part of the enterprise internal control system, it can effectively supervise and evaluate the quality of financial management;Secondly, it enables the relevant staff to clarify their responsibilities and enhance the healthy and orderly operation and sustainable development of the whole hospital, while also enhancing the overall image of the hospital. This paper analyzes the actual situation of the hospital and puts forward the corresponding innovative ideas, countermeasures and suggestions, promote the more scientific rationalization of the hospital financial management, so as to achieve the goal of modernization.
