降低伏乐新注射液致会阴部刺激症状的探讨

摘　　要：报告了 1 998年 1月至 1 0月用伏乐新抗感染治疗的 35 8例患者中 ,有 4 1例患者在按医嘱常规用药过程中经莫菲氏滴管静脉给药后 ,因浓度较高、速度较快于用药 2min后出现会阴部强烈的刺激症状 ,奇痒无比。而将伏乐新常规治疗量以 5 %的葡萄糖溶液 5 0ml稀释后静脉滴注 ,则绝大多数患者局部奇痒症状消失 。From January to October in 1998,358 patients used Fulexin by intravenous injection to treat infection.During this time,it was found that because of high concentration and quick injection speed of Fulexin injection,41 patients felt strong stimulative symptoms and had the itch in perineum after beginning injection 2 minutes.However,when decreased its concentration by adding 5% Glucose injection 50ml,most patients' symptoms disappeared and the effect of this treatment was good too.
