摘　　要：目的 :探讨口服石蜡油在预防耻骨上前列腺切除术后继发出血中的作用。方法 :6 0例耻骨上前列腺切除术后的病人随机分为 2组。实验组 (30例 )术后给予口服液体石蜡油 ,对照组 (30例 )则否。结果 :实验组术后继发出血人数明显少于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;2组发生出血的人数 9例中有 7例因便秘导致腹压增加而继发出血 ,且均在对照组。结论 :耻骨上前列腺切除术后口服石蜡油通过润肠通便缓解便秘 ,可降低腹压 ,明显减少继发出血的发生。Objective To explore the effect of drinking liquid paraffin for preventing bleeding after prostatecomy.Method Divided randomly 60 patients who received prostatectomy into two groups.Experimental group consisted of 30 patients and they were asked to drink liquid paraffin,but patients in control group(30 patients)were not asked to do so.Result Postoperative bleeding rate of experimental group was greatly lower than that of control group and there was significantly difference between them( P <0 05). 9 pa...
