摘　　要：网络经济作为一种新型经济形态,具有不同于工业经济条件下的新的作用效应。网络经济效应引 起产业组织特征的变化,这种变化具体表现在交易费用、规模经济、垄断形成机制以及垄断与竞争的关系等方 面。Network economy, as a new type of economy, has new functions and effects that are different from the industrial economy. The effects of network economy bring about changes in the industrial organizational features. These changes are manifested in exchange expenses, economies of scale, monopoly formation mechanism and the relation between monopoly and competition.
