摘　　要：本文分析了博客的"补偿性"功能与意义,指出博客传播作为Web2.0的主力军,代表了当代信息传播由大众传播媒介为中心到以个人媒介为中心的发展趋势与深刻变化。The essay analyzes and proves the function and significance of blog, based on the theory of 'remedial medi- um' of Paul Levinson and concludes that blog is the main force of Web 2.0 and reveals the profound changes and the general trend of a diversion from mass media to personal media.
