摘　　要：我国的城乡差别由非均衡的发展战略所致。推行“以城带乡”是扭转农村滞后,缩小城乡差距,加快新农村建设的重要举措。城市带农村,应走“差异化”道路,用城市发展理念经营农村,统筹规划、分类指导,找准城乡发展对接部,疏通城乡协调发展渠道,提高农村对城市的吸引力,增强农民进城生存的能力。The difference between city and village in China was resulted from the strategy -unbalance development. It is an important measure that carrying out 'city drive village' for changing village conditions, reducing the difference between city and village and accelerating new village construction. 'city drive village' must use diverse ways, use city's development idea to manage village, plan in full period , guide in difference aspects, researching the relation between city and village and improving the relation, for enhancing village's attraction to city, strengthening peasants' exist ability in city.
