脑电图在腮腺炎病毒性脑膜脑炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑电图在腮腺炎病毒性脑膜脑炎诊断中的作用.方法:对51例腮腺炎病毒性脑膜脑炎的患儿进行治疗前后的脑电图检查.结果:治疗前46例患儿脑电图异常,其中5例出现癫(癎)样放电.1～2周后复查仍有22例脑电图异常,其中1例仍有癫(癎)样放电.经1个月后复查有6例脑电图异常,其中1例仍有癫(癎)样放电.结论:脑电图对腮腺炎病毒性脑膜脑炎的早期诊断有很高的阳性率,而且对其预后的估计也有参考作用.Objectives:In order to search the function of EEG in the diagnosis of Mumps meningoencephalitis.Methods: Routine EEG were performed before and after treatments in 51 patients who have mumps meningoencephalitis.Results:Abnormal discharge was 46 cases in EEG.Epileptiform activities were found in 5 patients.Abnormal discharge was 22 cases in EEG after 1~2 weeks of treatment.Epileptiform activity was found in 1 patient.Abnormal discharge was 6 cases in EEG after 1 month.Epileptiform activity was found also in 1 patient.Conclusions:EEG has highly abnormal rate in early diagnosis of mumps meningoencephalitis.EEG might be of clinical value in judging the prognosis of patients with mumps meningoencephalitis.
