摘　　要：选取51具成人尸体,采用断面解剖学研究方法,对头颈部、胸腹部以及腰背部的74个危险穴位进行针刺安全深度、危险深度及易损伤脏器的研究,旨在提高针刺疗效,预防意外事故。Fifty-one adult corpuses were selected and dissected at the risk acupoints. We had studied the safe and dangerous depth and the easily traumatic viscera and structures when needled at 74 risk acupoints in the body of head and neck, thorax and abdomen, waist and back, in an attempt to enhance therapeutic effects of acupuncture in clinical practice and prevent needling accidents.
