髋关节后外侧小切口入路全髋关节置换术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨髋关节后外侧小切口入路在全髋关节置换术中的应用研究。方法:采用髋关节后外侧小切口入路行全髋关节置换术27例,其中股骨颈骨折19例,股骨头无菌性坏死7例,骨性关节病伴髋半脱位1例。结果:27例手术均顺利,术后随访13个月,根据Harris评分系统进行疗效评价,90分以上11例,80～89分14例,70～79分2例,平均91.3分。结论:髋关节后外侧小切口入路应用于全髋关节置换术,可有效避开重要神经血管,切口定位方便。Objective:To explore the application of posterior lateral minimal incision in total hip arthroplasty.Methods:27 patients accept total hip arthroplasty through posterior lateral,including 19 cases with femoral neck fracture,7 with aseptic necrosis of femoral head,and 1 with osteoarthritis accompanied by subluxation of hip joint.Results:All 27 cases were operated smoothly.Average duration of follow-up was 13 months.According Harris scoring system,11 cases achieved 90 scores and more,14 were given 80-89 scores,and other 2 scored 70-79.The average score was 91.3.Conclusions:The minimal incision through posterior lateral approach could avoid damaging important nerves and blood vessels during the operation of total hip arthroplasty.Moreover,it is convenient to locate incision.
