摘　　要：目的:探讨手术切开复位内外侧双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的手术疗效。方法:采用经肱三头肌内外侧肌间隔入路、钢板内外侧固定手术,治疗肱骨髁间骨折病例15例,其中AODM ller C1型4例、C2型6例、C3型5例。结果:本组15例均解剖复位;关节功能恢复参照Cassebaum标准,优6例,良5例,可3例,差1例。结论:经肱三头肌内外侧入路双钢板内固定是治疗肱骨髁间骨折的理想手术方式。Objective:To analyze clinical effects of open reduction and internal fixation with double plates in the treatment of intercondylar fractures of humerus.Methods:From May 2001 to May 2006,15 patients with intercondylar fractures of humerus were performed pen reduction and internal fixation with double plates via the bilateral approaches cross the compartment of triceps brachii.According to AOMller Classification criteria,4 cases were assigned to C1 type,6 were C2 type and 5 were C3 type.Results:All 15 cases obtained anatomic reduction.In accordance with Cassebaum function assessment system,the curative effect was excellent in 6 cases,good in 5,fair in 3 and poor in 1.Conclusion:Internal fixation with double plates through the bilateral approaches beside triceps brachii is an ideal modus operandi for treating intercondylar fractures of humerus.
