摘　　要：目的:总结皮肤扩张-自体软骨移植行耳廓成形术临床经验.方法:采用颅侧区皮肤扩张、自体肋软骨作耳廓支架行耳廓成形术36例,并随访观察疗效.结果:36例行耳廓成形38只,结构清晰,外形满意,儿童期成形的耳廓稍有增大,耳颅角稳定在30°～45°.结论:皮肤扩张-自体软骨移植成形的耳廓形态逼真、稳定,是一种好的耳廓成形方法.Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of auricular reconstruction for microtia or atia.Methods:Thirty-six micratia or atia patients(two of the patients had bilateral defects) wese reconstructed consecutively using tissue expansion method and the three-dimensional ear framework fabricated with sculpted rib cartilage.Some patients were followed up.Results:Thirty-eight ears were reconstructed in 36 patients.The final results were promising and most patients showed consistently favorable aesthetic results.Reconstructed auricule apparently grew in childhood.Otocranial angle showed 30° to 45° steadily.Conclusions:Tissue expansion method for auricular reconstruction is one of excellent methods.
