结直肠癌术后并发深静脉血栓形成12例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨结直肠癌术后并发深静脉血栓的因素及诊治和预防的合理性.方法:患肢给予冷敷并抬高15°～30°,冷敷72 h后予以热敷同时予抗凝治疗.结果:12例中8例两周内下肢肿胀完全消退,2个月后复查彩色多谱勒血流显像检查,10例显示静脉通畅,2例广泛侧支循环建立.结论:彩色多谱勒血流显像检查是诊断深静脉血栓的可靠方法.围手术期要采取预防措施,溶栓及辅以小剂量抗凝剂治疗效果好,不易复发.Objective:To investigate the reasonableness of diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis after operation on iliac-rector carcinoma.Methods:The thrombosis limb was given cold compress and elevation 15°-30°.The thrombosis limb was given hot compress and anticoagulant therapy at 72 h after cold compress.Results:Eight of 12 patients with legs edema were cured during the two weeks.Two months later,by colour doppler examination all the patients were recovered.Conclusions:The preventive measures should be taken before and after operation.The thrombolysis and low-dose anticoagulant are effective in treatment of the malignant venous embolus good and the recurrence rate is very low.
