摘  要:对失效件进行宏观分析、断口微观分析、齿面显微分析等,结果表明:齿表面渗碳层深度不足,并有脱碳现象,渗碳层组织粗大,使用中存在偏载现象等问题,是造成齿轮轴伞齿段发生崩齿失效的主要原因。A bevel gear was failed because of the tooth broken during service.The failure reasons were analyzed by macroscopical fracture observing,microstructure analysis and metallography analysis and so on.The results show the things as follows:Firstly,in the surface,it was decarbonized,and the depth of carburized layer is not deep enough; Secondly,in the carburized layer,the grain size of metallography organization is too large;Thirdly,there was edge load running during service.The three points above are the cause of the failure of the gear.
