摘  要:螺杆泵井驱动杆柱比抽油杆直径大,所受的应力应该比其下部紧接着的抽油杆小一些,并且驱动杆一般选用较好的材质。但是,实际情况是驱动杆断裂情况比上部抽油杆严重的多。本文研究认为,如果驱动头偏斜,盘根上、下部分驱动杆不在同一个轴线上,由于盘根对驱动杆的约束作用,将在盘根下方的驱动杆上产生弯矩,驱动杆旋转运动过程中,弯矩造成的交变应力使驱动杆产生疲劳破坏,驱动杆断裂位置和断面形状以及定量计算结果都证实了这种判断。本文提出用偏斜测量仪严格控制驱动头偏斜,理论和实践证明,本方法能有效避免驱动杆发生疲劳破坏。The driving rod should bears less stress than the pumping rod close to it for the reason that the diameter of the driving rod is generally larger than that of the pumping rod,and the driving rod is generally made of relatively better materials.In practice,however,the accidents caused by the driving rod fractures are more than that caused by the pumping rod fracture.This thesis considers that if the driving head deflects,the upper and the lower driving rods of the packing set are not in the same axial line,and bending moment will come into being in the driving rod of the lower part of the packing set due to the restriction of the driving rod by the packing set.Alternating stress caused by the bending moment yields fatigue rupture of the driving rod during its rotation.This conclusion is verified by the fracture position,the shape of the fractured surface,and quantitative calculations.This thesis proposes strict controlling of the deflection of the driving head by means of driving single-shot inclinometer.Both theory and practice have proved that this method can effectively avoid fatigue rupture of the driving rod.
