摘 要:工作轧辊CSP热轧机连续发生三起大面积剥离事故,为找出轧辊发生连续剥离原因,首先对事故现场进行了调查分析,其次对剥离碎片的断口宏微观、化学成分及显微组织进行了分析。分析发现轧辊材质的化学成分硅含量、辊身表面硬度及其均匀性均不符合技术协议要求,显微组织含有较多粗大连续分布的网状碳化物。结果表明,轧辊发生连续大面积深层剥离的主要原因与轧辊的制造质量有关。Three accidents continuously took place in CSP hot rolling mill,of which the work roll were large area stripped.In order to find the reason,first of all the scenes of accidents were surveyed and analyzed.Then the macro and micro fracture,chemical composition and microstructure of stripping fragment were analyzed.The content of Si in the chemical composition of rolls,the surface hardness of roll barrel and the homogeneity is not compatible with the technical requirements in the agreement.A lot of thick continuous distributed network carbide in the microstructure was found.The results show that the main reason of the roll being large area deep stripped continuously is concern with the making quality of rolls.
