摘  要:奥氏体不锈钢管坯在涨形拉伸过程中出现开裂,本文通过对母材的化学成分、力学性能测试,对断口的显微组织和形貌进行分析,结果表明:由于材料内部存在沿扎制方向连续分布的夹杂物,在涨形拉伸到一定阶段时,形成微裂纹并迅速扩展导致失效。The cracking was found at the semi-products of welded vacuum flask of stainless steel during the tensiling process at the factory,the chemical composition and mechanical properties of base material of were tested,and the microstructure of fracture area was also studied by optical-microscope,SEM and EDAX.The inclusions distributed along the longitudinal section of welded steel pipes were found.And the inclusions grow rapidly as micro-creaks,and finally cause cracking during the stage of punching process.
