急性左心衰院前急救72例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性左心衰院前急救的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析120例急性左心衰患者的临床资料,其中院前急救组(A组)72例,自行来院就诊患者为对照组(B组)48例。结果:院前急救组与对照组相比,从发病到治疗的时间明显提早,24h的病死率降低,治疗1h有效率明显提高。结论:院前急救可较早改善急性左心衰患者的心脏功能,阻止病情恶化,降低病死率。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of first aid outside hospital in patients with acute left heart failure(ALHF). Methods: The clinical data of 120 patients with ALHF were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into Group A (n=72) and Group B (n=48). Group A was treated with first aid outside hospital and Group B came to hospital themselves. Results: The time from appearing symptom to receiving treatment of Group A was earlier than Group B. The mortality rate was lower than group B. The effective rate was higher than group B. Conclusions: First aid outside hospital may improve the function of heart early. It can prevent the condition of disease from deteriorating and reduce the mortality.
