摘　　要：目的探讨ASD封堵术前后右室功能的变化。方法应用彩色多普勒超声仪对ASD患者封堵术前后测量右心室舒张末期内径(RVED),三尖瓣环运动速度(RT),舒张早期运动速度(Em),舒张晚期运动速度(Am)及二者比值(Em/Am)比值。结果ASD封堵术后UCG显示,右心室舒末内径明显减小(P<0.05),三尖瓣环运动速度略减小(P>0.05),Em/Am比值增加(P<0.05),肺动脉收缩压明显降低(P<0.05)。结论ASD封堵术后右室功能明显改善。Objective To explore the changes of the Ultrasonic cardiography(UCG) before and after transcather closure of secundum atrial septal defect(ASD).Methods The apparatus of UCG was used to measure right ventricular and diastolic diameter(RVED),the rate of tricuspiol annulus motion(Rt),the ratio of early and late diastolic peak myocardial motional velocity(EM/EA),pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP).Results The UCG showed that RVED and SPAP decreased(P<0.05) after transcatheter closure,at the same time,TR and EM/EA increased.Conclusion The right ventricular function improved noticeably after transcatheter closure.
